A Perfect Fit

Jeans have become the necessity of modern day life, most of us wear jeans on a daily basis and choosing the right fit is a very individual taste.

Current trends dictate that jeans have become narrower with the super skinny being at the forefront of modern day fashion.

A Skinny jean looks fantastic if you are smaller in build but if you are a larger frame a boot cut or straight leg is the classic choice.

Here are some different choices,

Comfort Fit – Comfortable in the seat and hip

Slim Fit – Closely follows the contours of the leg

Skinny Fit – Completely follows the legs shape

Boot Cut - The leg widens at the cuff to allow the jean to fall over the shoe easier

Flare – The leg widens from the thigh down

Standard Fit – Comfortably fitted to the leg – the usual jean shape

Anti-Fit – doesn’t follow body shape but hangs independently

The good thing is we can all explore our uniqueness when buying a pair of jeans and find the pair that suits our own personality.

One of the best jeans I have ever bought though is the Jacob Cohen 688 comfort fit, even though they give it a comfort fit label, the jean itself is narrow at the bottom and works perfectly for that smart casual look.
